Data controller

Novana 555 Co., Ltd., registration 0205558001681, of 245/45 Moo 9, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

What we collect

When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, company (if given), topic and message, together with your IP address and the time of sending, which we use to prevent spam.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Our content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the site’s security.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to reply to your enquiry and to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract (section 24(3)), on the basis of the consent you give in the form (section 19). We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for marketing without asking you separately.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for no more than two years from your last contact, unless we enter into a contract, in which case records are kept for the periods required by Thai accounting and tax law.

Sharing and transfers abroad

Data is stored on servers the company operates in the European Union (Germany), a jurisdiction with data-protection standards no lower than Thailand’s, and carried over Cloudflare’s network. We do not disclose it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent, access and obtain a copy of your data, have it corrected, erased or anonymised, restrict or object to its use, and have it transferred, under sections 30–36; you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee office (PDPC).
